Founder

I'm Brad Stokes, and I have a passion for serving others and advocating for their legal needs. Born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, I learned the values of hard work, dedication, and community from an early age.

After moving to Myrtle Beach, SC, I dedicated several years of my life to serving as a career Firefighter and EMT for Horry County Fire Rescue. It was during this time that my commitment to helping others solidified, fueling my desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

I pursued higher education at Coastal Carolina University, where I not only gained knowledge but also took on multiple leadership roles. This experience instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to excel in everything I do.

Following my time at Coastal Carolina, I embarked on a legal journey of obtaining my Juris Doctorate. Armed with a solid foundation in law, I started my career at one of the largest firms in South Carolina, honing my skills and expanding my experience.

Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working for multiple multistate law firms, managing various departments and representing esteemed clients, including the largest mortgage lenders in North America and various departments of the United States government in asset protection.

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the legal landscape, I am committed to providing personalized and compassionate legal services for all your real estate closing, probate law and estate planning needs. My mission is to ensure that each client receives the attention and support they deserve every step of the way.
